M&A deal volume in the Smart Logistics sector set a new record high in 2025 with 182 deals. There was strong interest from both strategic and financial buyers, with PE firms accounting for 32% of the transactions. M&A disclosed deal value was $3.7B. However, only 8% of the deals disclosed values, continuing a trend as buyers guard details of their acquisition strategies. The general supply chain management subsector saw the most activity with 57 deals, followed by the shipping & freight subsector (28 deals) and commerce subsector (26) deals.
